This is a beautiful patchwork of cotton fabric, eyelet lace and Battenburg laces. The bottom is a wide mesh fabric with cotton embroidery. The piece is then tea stained to give it a wonderful, antiqued look. It is lined, so no slip is required. The 1.5" wide elastic waistband, measures 28" unstretched and stretches to approximately 44". This would make a wonderful layering piece.
