Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• Vintage Vault fulfills all of our orders within 4-7 business days (M-F).  Standard shipping can take up to 3-10 days.
• Vintage Vault uses USPS for all domestic shipping.
• Vintage Vault does not offer expedited shipping.

 

 

 

Return Policy

• Vintage Vault will accept returns within 14 days from the date your order arrives to you.
• Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.  Odors, makeup stains, or generally worn look with disqualify an item for return.
• Vintage Vault does not offer refunds, returns are issued in the form of Store Credit.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you received free shipping on your order and you return the item/items, original shipping costs (USPS charges to ship order) will be deducted from store credit.  Example: if you only return 1 item out of 5, we will deduct 1/5 of the shipping costs Vintage Vault paid from your store credit.
• Buyer pays for the return shipping.
• Invoice/receipt MUST be included so we can process the credit correctly.  Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item to help us with feedback on our items.  
• Allow 6-10 business days after Vintage Vault receives the item/items for return to be processed.
• Vintage Vault will send you an email (to the email used to purchase) with your store credit code.  You must retain and use the code with your next purchase.
• Accessories (including all jewelry, scarfs, handbags, etc.) are non-returnable.
• All sale/clearance purchases are FINAL.  Any sale items returned to us will be donated to the Roanoke Rescue Mission.
