Vintage Petticoat Dress

Can we be a vintage princess? Yes I think so! This dress with the intricate bodice work and inlaid eyelet makes anyone feel like a princess for sure.  The cutout lace shirt jacket looks amazing worn with it. sm and lxl with a tie to cinch if needed.
