Beautifully detailed Lace Chiffon Blouse. We love this one with skirts because of its length and no need to tuck, so there is no additional bulk on the hip or waist. Teh top is completely lined so no need for a chamise or added top under the sheer chiffon fabric. The long sleeves cover teh arms and they are cuffed with an elastic band. This top bring femininity back.
