It consists of two layers, so no need to ever worry about a slip, the top layer has a slit on the front right side bordered with beautiful embroidery lace. The unstretched 1.5" wide elastic waistband measures 30" and stretches to about 48" or 49". The length of the skirt is 34". 100% Cotton.
