- Vintage Vault will accept returns within 14 days from the date your order arrives to you.
- Items must be in original condition, with tags attached. Odors, makeup stains, or generally worn look with disqualify an item for return.
- Vintage Vault does not offer refunds, returns are issued in the form of Store Credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Invoice/receipt MUST be included so we can process the credit correctly. Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item to help us with feedback on our items.
- Allow 6-10 business days after Vintage Vault receives the item/items for return to be processed.
- Vintage Vault will send you an email (to the email used to purchase) with your store credit code. You must retain and use the code with your next purchase.
- Accessories (including all jewelry, scarfs, handbags, etc.) are non-returnable.
