Vintage Vault will accept returns within 14 days from the date your order arrives to you.
Items must be in original condition, with tags attached. Odors, makeup stains, or generally worn look with disqualify an item for return.
Vintage Vault does not offer refunds, returns are issued in the form of Store Credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Invoice/receipt MUST be included so we can process the credit correctly. Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item to help us with feedback on our items.
